All shipping couriers reserve the right to extend delivery by 24 hours to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and we are not liable for air-shipping charges because of this reason.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your package thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. If you receive your order and it is damaged, refuse the package and have it shipped back to the supplier to start a claim. If the package is left in your absence, immediately contact the shipper to start a claim and have the package returned to the supplier. All Damaged shipments must be notified to courier within 24 hours.
